We regularly carry out research at the National Archives for Dissertation or thesis material.


We have also developed expertise over a number of years in gathering data for History projects and war game research.


HMAS Sydney II - The book about the World War 2 Cruiser. We were privileged to conduct the National Archives research for the author, Captain Peter Hore R N, and in consequence have a limited number of copies of the book for sale - proceeds to King George Fund for Sailors.

Prior to service with GCHQ, Bob O'Hara was in the Royal Navy and served in operations such as Suez, (Operation MUSKETEER), and thus played a part in the creation of some of the ADM records, which we now research.


In January 1952, HMS Crispin arrived at the scene where the Stranraer to Larne passenger ferry the Princess Victoria sank. Read an account of a 19th century disaster in the middle of the 20th century.
